Holiday Parades Santa and all of his helpers arrive in style this weekend

Who doesn't love a parade? And what better way to greet the holiday season than by continuing a longtime tradition of Christmas parades in Atlantic City. Mayors come and go, but Santa - he's forever.

With that in mind, some three dozen participants - bands, floats and other entertainment - are expected to decorate Atlantic Avenue in a festive mood beginning at noon on Saturday, Nov. 29.

After winding from the Northeast Inlet to the Midtown district, then through Atlantic City Outlets, The Walk, the parade ends at Baltic Avenue.

That's where Santa joins city officials and representative of The Walk to host a Christmas Tree Lighting at Michigan Avenue plaza. Fittingly, the KB Toy Outlet is there, which no doubt will make Santa feel right at home. More
