Cowboys' Newman out after surgery
Published: Oct 11, 2008

Cowboys cornerback Terence Newman will be out at least another month after surgery for a sports hernia.

That means Adam "Pacman" Jones will remain in the starting lineup - at least for Sunday's game against Arizona.

Newman, the 2003 first-round pick going into his sixth NFL season, earned his first Pro Bowl appearance last season after missing the first two games of the regular season with an injured right foot. In his first four seasons, Newman started every game. More
